Gary Rome Kia in Enfield has made a very positive impact on my life! I am not one to really enjoy dealing with cars and especially car maintenance and since I have bought, sold and used Gary Rome for all my on my life! Had my car towed there due to engine failure. It was my understanding that my engine failed and needed to be replaced according to my mechanic. The service department said they did an “update” b It was my understanding that my engine failed and needed to be replaced according to my mechanic. The service department said they did an “update” but never explained what that meant. They said the vehicle was fine now. I was so distraught over the incident and the possibility of this happening again maybe in a busy highway next time to lose power that I have since traded in the vehicle for something other than a Kia. I read many reviews indicating that these engines had failed for many and had subsequently been replaced which is what I believe should have been done for mine! This was definitely a safety issue that was not handled properly. More
Service dept set up 3 appointments to fix a covered seat belt issue and do an alignment after installing 4 new tires I purchased from. I finally told them I wasn't coming back even if the alignment was free...NO CONFIDENCE!! More
