Had my car serviced on 2/28/22 and Trisden, asst. service mgr, is my go to person. He is professional, honest and listened to my concerns about my 2016 Kia Forte5. It has been sluggish the past few service mgr, is my go to person. He is professional, honest and listened to my concerns about my 2016 Kia Forte5. It has been sluggish the past few weeks and diagnostically they could not find any thing wrong. However, the tech checked the spark plugs and found they needed to be replaced along with the PVC. Also changed the air filter and did the oil change. Trisden was very honest which I very much appreciate and just did not say we can't find anything wrong with the car. Every issue was addressed and the car runs great now!! Also, Trisden had the car returned to me at my home, which is wonderful. Great service and nice staff!! Sandy Hunsinger More
I find the staff at Gary Rome Kia to be extremely nice. Service managers, technicians, everyone. I am a little disappointed that Kia corporate doesn't have a fix for my 2022 vehicle. That the push button Service managers, technicians, everyone. I am a little disappointed that Kia corporate doesn't have a fix for my 2022 vehicle. That the push button start often takes several tries...or that the fuel saving auto stop is not working. I have been told to bring the vehicle back when it's warmer and they will try again. That will be a third day without a vehicle. Not Gary Rome issue...it is a Kia issue More
