Called to set up a service appointment for warning light on dashboard that indicated power train issue. They looked up our vehicle on the ford app, which describes the issue. Cody the Mobile tech plugged in the device that checks codes on the car describes everything he found and corrected everything. Very happy with how quickly and efficiently we were able to get our issue resolved. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. We are from Illinois and were worried about being able to get our car repaired, but were relieved how the whole situation was taken care of in less than 3 hours. Nice folks. I had a tough problem to solve. They didn’t have the knowledge to help, but they did some of what I asked. The young woman (service manager/write I had a tough problem to solve. They didn’t have the knowledge to help, but they did some of what I asked. The young woman (service manager/writer) who started the appointment was personable and tried to be understanding. Aaron took over, and at the end he wanted to replace the rear differential due to what he described as chattering when they drove my car. Aaron showed me a slight leak on one of the axle to differential seals. We then verified the differential lube was up to the appropriate level and clean. So, I decided against replacing the rear differential. Aaron wouldn’t help me investigate a splice in the abs/wheel speed electrical circuit. I was very far from home, and didn’t agree with his proposal to fix the problem. I paid for the installation of the new wheel speed/abs sensor (and an oil change), and left. I went back to my hotel, removed the front passenger wheel, located the short (broken splice upstream of the new wheel speed/abs sensor - right where I told Aaron it was but he refused to look for it). I re-spliced the two wheel Speed/abs circuit wires, and put the wheel back on. ALL the dash lights were resolved (no longer on or faulting) and the AWD is back to normal (no “chatter” when turning). Aaron seems like a nice young man, so, I hope he reads this and learns from it. If I hadn’t already known about the splice in the ABS/wheel speed circuit, I would have been in more serious trouble (bigger fish to fry as Aaron said). Since everything turned out good and I made it home, all is well. Take care everyone at Gary Ford! May God bless your day! More

It's a new experience for me. The dealership has been very helpful. The new technology is something I don't care a lot about.
