Super pleased with their service department. Their Service Manager now, Will, is the best I’ve ever had at any dealership including BMW, Acura, and Mercedes. Last year got new brakes and recently needed a new ABS Module on my 2017 F150 Lariat. After installation and my test drive I asked them to recheck everything to be sure. No problem. With my new Michelins I don’t think a new truck can ride any better. More

I’ve only had experience with the maintenance department, and I will never return. My first couple experiences were good, however, my last two were horrible. I had an appt for a 1030 oil change. I drive an hour to get with this dealership and upon arrival I’m told they are already 3 hours behind. It’s only 1030, you’ve only been open for roughly 3 hours. A courtesy call would’ve been nice. I’m told it’ll be a few hours before it can get serviced. That’s an all day affair at that point. My last experience was just as bad. I had a 0930 appt. The service area didn’t seem overly crowded, nor did the waiting room. I sat patiently, watching people leave the lobby, new people come and leave before me, only to watch my truck just sit in the parking lot. Finally, I went back to the service desk to get an estimate on when my truck would go back. I was told 20 more mins. They finally took my truck back and I left by 1 pm. Granted, I had an appt for 0930 for an oil change and tire rotation. I wholeheartedly believe they forgot about my vehicle. Unfortunately people don’t want honest feedback, but this service department needs some help or new management. More
