They were suppose to rotate the tires but didn’t. After challenging them, they did complete what I payed for. My car had mechanics greasy finger and hand prints all over inside drivers door. Rude Service Reps, apart from Ms Glass, she was pleasant. I just bought my F150 nine months ago and was at a loss as to which dealership to use near me. Pensacola, Ft Walton, or Crestview. I asked some neighbors and they all had differing opinions. Online reviews were not much better, so I resorted to AI. Ft Walton won out. I had to make two appointments; one for The Works service and another for a couple of warranty issues. The Works was to take about two hours, but for the warranty work, I was told they needed to have my truck for at least 2 to 3 weeks!!! WHAT??? I arrived at 9:55 for my 10am. Pulled into the service entrance and sat there there expecting a service advisor to come out to greet me. That didn't happen, so I went inside to find four personnel sitting behind their counters looking busy on their computers, while the fourth individual too busy on his phone. I literally stood there for 2 maybe 3 minutes. Not one person looked up to greet me or even acknowledge my existence. Finally, the guy at the front center counter, blurts out, are you dropping off or picking up. Doing so without even turning his head to look in my direction. I said to him, are you talking to me, because you weren't looking at me. He quipped back, Yes, then said he needed to finish up something, he'd be with me in a few minutes. Eventually, Ms. Glass spoke up and called me over. She got things going and within a few minutes, I was checked in, my truck was taken away, and I found the waiting room. This was about 10:15. At 10:50, I get a text on my phone with a bunch of RED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION items from tje multi point inspection. Totalling just over $3100. I was like, what the ...is this? I came in for an oil change and Im being told my truck requires all this stuff. I immediately questioned this and was told its just from the inspection. The rude one even had the audacity to speak up and tell me they recommend brake fluid flushes every 20,000 miles. Never! 60-75K, maybe. When I was questioning the extra work, I was also told the truck was ready. The two hour Works, took less than 50 minutes. Which now has me thinking about what did they actually do? The oil at least looks fresh and the oil filter looks clean on the outside. I didn't mark my tires, so I have no idea if they were rotated or not I've come away with a total lack of trust in the Gary Smith service dept. To accomplish everything in the Works package. Oil and filter, top off all fluids, which the windshield reservoir wasn't touched by the way, brake inspection, complete multi point inspection, and the time it takes to writeup the results, all in less than 50 minutes. BTW, I canceled my warranty work appointment and wasn't even asked if I wanted to reschedule. More
