In the midst of the service department chaos on Monday morning, the staff (Danielle) was more than accommodating when they did not have to be. We were on vacation and our F150 had a critical failure in th morning, the staff (Danielle) was more than accommodating when they did not have to be. We were on vacation and our F150 had a critical failure in the gear shift module and got stuck in reverse. Danielle actually listened to our situation and performed admirably well to get us on the road. It was more than we could ask for and we are grateful for her attention. She exceeded the expectation of service and reinforced why we've stayed with Ford for decades. Thank you! More
