I went in to get an oil change. I requested that they add my oil treatment. No problem. Before checking out I asked if they added the oil treatment and by the reaction I could tell I requested that they add my oil treatment. No problem. Before checking out I asked if they added the oil treatment and by the reaction I could tell there was an issue. I went over to the car and service employees (2 of them ) We’re opening the oil treatment to add it in. I asked if they changed the oil and it’s full why add it and overfill it. I took it out of the kids hand and put the lid back on. The service technician said he had no idea what to do. I realized we had some real special people here. Instead of saying sir we messed up and will take it in back let the oil out add in the oil treatment and add back in the proper amount of oil the Gary Smith service employees we’re trying to cover over the mistake and were willing to overfill the oil instead of properly taking care of the problem professionally. Ethical issue! Low I Q employees ! Employees who Don’t care and just wanted to get the old man with his high mileage mustang out of the way! Paid bill and left. Had to request this survey twice before it was sent. More
