To say the least it was a stressful process. Nobody calls to let you know status updates & communication with the customers could definitely use some help. I do want to say that in the PARTS DEPARTMENT the cashier was extremely helpful & went out of her way to get my total cut in half. It was greatly appreciated & nice knowing not everyone there is trying to get the most out of you. More

Totally scammed me for my money sold me a Jeep Wrangler that they said nothing was wrong with 4 days later everything that could go wrong goes wrong every check engine light comes on. Has major oil leak, s that they said nothing was wrong with 4 days later everything that could go wrong goes wrong every check engine light comes on. Has major oil leak, steering linkage is almost broken, front brakes are gone and best of all the whole exhaust system has a major leak and wont pass state emissions test. If you think I’m lieing you better check into other reviews on this place before you buy there. SCAMMERS are here. Everday. Go somewhere safe with your money. Don’t make the same mistakes I did judging the big dealership as more trustworthy WRONG More
SCAMMERS,LIES, DISRESPECTFUL. Robbed me for my hard earned money by selling me a lemon. Jeep was running fine for 4 days then all kinds of check engine lights came on the total exhaust system is shot, steering linkage arm is cracked almost broken and it has a oil leak. I don’t see how they are still in business doing shady stuff like that I tried to call and resolve the issue peacefully and was told to xxxx off and get a lawyer.. And now I see from other reviews that this is common practice for this dealership. Please be aware before purchasing from them that they are only looking for a quick sale and not on your side More

This dealership sold me a defective vehicle. It was back in the shop after only 12 hours. Two days later, we pick it up, got a couple miles down the road and the car shut off. We went back and forth with the manager for two weeks who told us if it was bad they’d trade is for something else but not give out money back. Why? Because the engine blew.again the car had been in our possession for less than 12 hours. I went to dealership to try to negotiate with them. They talked over me, belittled me then stood up, came towards me and yelled get the bleep out of my office we’re not doing anything to help. It’s on you. After research, it appears to be a common trend with them. More
Sales team is great, service department is not. We bought a vehicle here in December, it was an enjoyable experience. I wanted to use the same dealer for my service needs on my other vehicle. Even though I was okay with being overcharged so that I can have my truck back It sat for 3 weeks after my appointment date, finally got it back after a month. The advisor’s don’t answer the phones and when they do they don’t answer any of your questions/are not helpful at all, they say they’ll call you back and never do. Call the Ford’s corporate number to speed up the process (800) 392-3673. More
Had an appointment for an A/C and front camera issue, dropped of my 2021 F-150 at 9am heard nothing all day. Called and was told they needed 2 or 3 days to diagnose the issue (was not informed of this w dropped of my 2021 F-150 at 9am heard nothing all day. Called and was told they needed 2 or 3 days to diagnose the issue (was not informed of this when scheduled or droped off). An appointment at this service department is not an appointment it is a drop off. If you have an appointment it is assumed a technician will look at your vehicle during the appointed day. Not the case, it does not take 2 or 3 days to do a diagnosis you need a better appointment system. Who can leave their vehicle for 2 or 3 days without knowing when it will be diagnosed. No offer of a loaner or an actual appointment was made just another opportunity to drop it off and wait 2 or 3 days, find a different Ford Service center until this one figures out how effectively schedule appointments More
My 2019 F150 I bougth from Gary Smith, now has 8,800 miles on it. Has been to the service department twice for the same thing. First time they had it for 2 weeks, said that it was repaired, under warran miles on it. Has been to the service department twice for the same thing. First time they had it for 2 weeks, said that it was repaired, under warranty no charge. ON my way home the check engine light came on AGAIN. Turned around and took it back. They repaired same day. Told me if it came back on to call. It has since come back on. I have called numerous times. I was told it is not under warranty now. Well you didnt fix it the first time. I want a sales manager to call me. I have been waiting for 3 days now. NO call back. When I do call I get the service manager calls back between 4:30 and 5. Still no call back. SO I call and explain my situation to the receptionsit, whoever answered. She looked it up and said it was not under warranty. I said what about the work that was done on it less than a year ago? She said oh I don't know. I'll have a service manager call. Still waiting for that one too. ON a different note, I emailed the service department in October for a servbice appointment. I am still waiting to hear back from that email. Guess Hub City Ford will get my business. More
