We called to make an appointment, and the service advisor told us to "come on over." A very pleasant surprise! We went immediately and were welcomed with open arms. Our vehicle was serviced immediately. We were made comfortable and treated with respect and friendliness. After a short wait in a comfortable lounge area, we were told our car was ready and were called to the cashier. When she told me the cost, I wasn't sure I heard correctly. Steve Shea was wonderful in helping me have my Honda serviced. He was very courteous and made my visit very pleasant. I had my oil changed and tires rotated and I also explained to him the problem wit serviced. He was very courteous and made my visit very pleasant. I was not looking forward to having the driver's side window repair done because it is so difficult to not have transportation. I work a very demanding full time job and my husband owns a business where he can't get away to drive me around. Mr. Shea was able to order the part and get me in on the very next business day to have the repair done. I had explained to him that I was off the following day and it would make my life much easier to be able to have it completed that day. He had my vehicle repaired in about an hour. I was very happy to have everything done and knew that I would not have the inconvenience of being being without my car. More
