When I first started looking for a pickup truck, I received several low ball offers for my Jeep trade-in from local dealers. So I shopped around, comparing prices from dealers in other cities, not so close to home. I finally chose Gary Yeomans Ford, in Daytona Beach, Fl because they offered me more for my trade-in and bottom line, all things considered, offered a better deal on the F150 Lightning than the others. When I arrived at their showroom, “Henry” the sales person openly greeted us and showed us the vehicle that I was interested it. I had an enjoyable experience working with Henry. I found him to be very personable, he communicated well, and appeared to enjoy every aspect of our interaction. In fact, Henry was just as excited as I was about the quality and performance of the F150 Lightning truck. After my purchase I found his level of service extraordinary as I was always able to get in contact with him for questions. He was also willing to throw in a few extras to sweeten the deal after it was made… But even then, the dealership, through Henry’s extra efforts, made my purchase even more special. I had not picked up my Pro Charging Station at the time of my purchase. Afterwards, they arranged a driver to hand deliver it to my house. This was over a 200 mile round trip delivery, for FREE. From my experience, this extreme level of high service goes unmatched beyond comparison to anywhere else. The people at Gary Yeomans Ford made me feel like I was their top priority and a much appreciated customer. Learning about the F150 Lightning from someone so knowledgeable and excited about their Ford products made the entire experience fun. I would definitely purchase from Gary Yeomans Ford again. And also, I WILL FOR SURE, be asking for Henry. One other note: From my research, Ford is way ahead of their competition in the electric vehicle arena. This is because the F150 Lightning can be used with a home integration system as backup power to our house. This is a big deal to me as it gives me the piece of mind and comfort knowing that our home will never run out of electricity. Ed T. More
