I purchased a 2023 F350 in May 2023. Vehicle has been amazing and love it, but this morning of Feb. 27, 2024 my truck wouldn't start when I was about to go to work. I tried calling the operator to speak to a mechanic about what might be the problem so I can start it and bring it into the dealership. But the operator refused to put me in contact with anyone. Very disappointing and now I have to call around to other dealerships that are willing to assist customers, especially after paying $100,000 for a truck. They are great at selling vehicles but terrible at helping customers afterwards. I give less than 1 star. More

Joshua, the mechanic was terrific.! Everyone was friendly and very competent. They got us back on the road and we are so appreciative. I wish we lived closer. I brought my car to the service department at Gary Yoeman Ford in Daytona Beach because bad fuel got put into the fuel tank. The car would run but sputter before I brought it in. The tow truck driver dropped Ford in Daytona Beach because bad fuel got put into the fuel tank. The car would run but sputter before I brought it in. The tow truck driver dropped it off in the wrong location and keys left in the car. The tow truck driver told me they would put them in the drop box. After days of calling to check on my car and getting told someone would call me back, which never happened, a lady told me to hang on and got a service manager. He said he went around the lot and finally found my car with the auction cars i was told. Well anyways, at least it was found and able to be checked out finally after about 2 weeks. So i finally get a call like 3 weeks into this and was told the technician had checked my car and I needed a new fuel pump and some kind of fuel pump control switch. The quote was for $2200. i said let me think about it, lot of money for a fuel pump and switch. Then I was told the technician got injured and someone else was working on my car. This person said that the hybrid battery needed some kind of switch and it was $2600. The thing is I was also told that they would not have been able to tell me that the fuel pump was bad if this had been the problem when they supposedly checked the fuel pump. They could not have checked it if this new discovery had been there. Someone is not being complete honest here. There was nothing wrong with my hybrid battery when I brought my car in. My car ran fine until someone put bad gas from a gas can that been sitting a long time in my garage into the tank. I had to pay $519 to get my car back with nothing more than a new 12v battery they sold me and now the hybrid battery is completely drained and no way to charge it. I am very upset that my car got destroyed at your dealership. This 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium has 220,000 miles and was running great up to that point. I am going to talk to a few people and decide if I should consider a law suit because I was just completely robbed. Only reason I brought it to a dealership is because it is hybrid and felt there would be qualified people to work on it. Yet I was wrong and it gets destroyed. Tim H More
We appreciate the customer service we received on our service sppointment we had a couple recalls needing attention as well as the horn had stopped working. We were also having trouble with our trailer service sppointment we had a couple recalls needing attention as well as the horn had stopped working. We were also having trouble with our trailer hitch sensor and/or computer which was not able to be diagnosed by the first set of eyes. But because it was a real safety concern the service advisor Charlotte took the extra time and effort to request that their master technician to take another exhausted look for possible issues or concerns not detected the first time. The master technician did locate a fuse for the trailer hitch tow was blown and this eould cause a delay and repeated none connection sensor to be activated. Charlotte was very pleasant and showed extra time in making sure they exhausted there efforts in resolving the issues especially the tow hitch sensor as we run a business where we rely on it to work appropriately. So we thank Charlotte and the 2nd technician/ master tech or lead tech for providing 5 star service. Charlotte was professional from start to finish with giving updates and thorough explanations.
