From the first phone call to signing the papers, Jarrett was amazing. It was actually a pleasure buying a car. It was his day off, but he came in to meet with us. We decided before noon we were going to drive up. By the time we rented a car and got on the road, it was 2:30. We never got to the dealership until 7:00. We had traffic, heavy rain, wildfire, an accident where we were standing still for 1 hour on I 95. He was in constant contact with us the whole trip. The car was exactly as he stated. We were never rushed. We went for a test drive on I 95. We finally left the dealership at 10:00. And the best part - they're delivering the car down to us!! It has been an absolute pleasure and I would tell everyone to give Jarrett a call first if you're looking for a new or used car. We would definitely rate Jarrett 5 STARS. We never met a salesman like him. More
