Avoid this dealership at all costs! They will say/promise/guarantee the world just to make a sale. We reached out to this dealership because we were looking for a car for our daughter. We were an out of state buyer and told the salesperson that we needed to have it by a certain date. She guaranteed we would have the car by my daughters birthday. Needless to say, the car didn’t arrive for my our daughters birthday. I tried reaching out to management 3-4 times and they were either busy or didn’t answer or respond to messages. When I was finally about to talk to someone, probably 3-4 weeks later, I asked about them working with me on the delivery charge. I was told it was unethical for me to ask that question. More
