Sales and service actually have both gone out of their way to keep me happy. After buying an expedition used something came up with it so my sales lady Charlotte and her managers found me another and work way to keep me happy. Being a pre-owned vehicle I did not expect perfection however Ford certifies with longer warranties that helps. I have had a few things cone up and Charlotte in sales and Tommy in service have both been there for me.
