Buyer beware on Warranty I leased my car,( the third one from Gary Yeomans )and decided when the lease was up to purchase it. Whenever you purchase a vehicle you meet with a f I leased my car,( the third one from Gary Yeomans )and decided when the lease was up to purchase it. Whenever you purchase a vehicle you meet with a financial person to sign and pay for the vehicle. In doing so beware do NOT buy the extended warranty. It is a total misleading rip off. I still had almost 12K miles under the factory warranty, and purchased additional 72 months and 48000 miles . After trading in my car at another Gary Yeomans dealership I went back to get the credit for the unused miles, and was told it was out of warranty even though I put less than 25K miles on the car., bringing my mileage to 49K. Driving the 12K miles after factory warranty cost me $1500.00. Just passing this on, they put the pressure on to buy these warranties...it is not worth it. Just another money maker for them!! I do want to end that I was pleased with my vehicles I owned from Ford. I'm rating a 3 because of this warranty issue , otherwise it would of been a 5 star. More

Electrical problem I called Gary Yeomans Ford dealership to verify my 2014 Lincoln MKX Status as a Lincoln Cerified used car.... It was still covered.... my car would no I called Gary Yeomans Ford dealership to verify my 2014 Lincoln MKX Status as a Lincoln Cerified used car.... It was still covered.... my car would not start or even come out of Park after I had installed a new battery, They sent a Service person to pickup my MKX and transport it to the dealership for service . They picked up the SUV on a Monday at 9am and had it running by 2pm the same day . They even sent a Valet to my home to pick up my automobile... I paid the deductible and was on my way with a wash job to boot. Roger L More

Lack of customer and employee safety I came in for service 5/20/2020. There wasn’t any employee with masks, or safety shields. Not the greeters, not even the car rental girls.
