Service Center Based on Guess Work dropped off my f350 2017 dually to address key cranking. truck was on 1/4 of tank and fueled with $20 of diesel just prior to dropping off. distance dropped off my f350 2017 dually to address key cranking. truck was on 1/4 of tank and fueled with $20 of diesel just prior to dropping off. distance of drive was ridgewood/graves ave in orange city to service center on tomoka farms road. evaluated and said to need a new starter (2nd one) and hose assembly under warranty, would be ready next day, but no loaner vehicle. received call on pickup day stating gasoline was found in tank and now the cost would be $400 to drop tank, flush and change filters. In disbelief and arguing with services employees till blue in face the truck did not have gasoline fueled into it! this diesel truck did not drive 24 miles on 50/50 diesel-gasoline mix to the service center perfectly, no codes, no smoke, perfect engine performance. why would you not listen to your customer? Further, lied to and told a "test" was performed. No test was performed. They guessed.That's not professional and that's not honest. I don't buy it "just started running poor" while in their care. Because if it did, that's FORD'S fault! Not mine! It was running just fine when it left me. I pulled a sample from the gas station I filled up at. It smelled the same as the sample they based their guesswork on. They shouldn't be accusing me of filling my tank with gasoline in the absence of a test, any more than I should accused the gas station of tainting my fuel. Unprofessional and dishonest. With a straight face will tell you a diesel vehicle full of gasoline will drive just perfectly ... until it decided not to. You'll see a lot of 5 star reviews from new customers. That's because they're all over you to leave that review after your purchase. The real test of a dealership is judging how they treat their customers after the sale in their service department. That gasoline scam was it for me with GY Ford. More

Best Dealer Experience I've Ever Had! I had been shopping for a used F150 and came across one on Gary Yeoman’s website. Here are some observations of my interaction with the staff at the d I had been shopping for a used F150 and came across one on Gary Yeoman’s website. Here are some observations of my interaction with the staff at the dealer. 1. I saw the truck on their website late on a Sunday afternoon. A chat box popped up and Ashley Patt was the available salesperson. I gave her my phone number and email and she quickly sent a $500 coupon towards the purchase of any vehicle. 2. This was an internet deal and, based on the pictures and having the Carfax available to review were a big part of my decision to travel from Gainesville to Daytona to see the truck. The Carfax showed they had done a pre-delivery and maintenance inspection, checked the alignment, electrical system, and brakes, mounted and balanced four new tires (top of the line Goodyear), cut and programmed a new key, and changed the oil and filter. The earlier records showed the previous owner had consistently taken the truck for service at a Ford dealer. 3. I told Ashley it would be 7:15 by the time we got to the dealer and she let me know they were closing at 8 and asked if I wanted to wait till the following day. I felt if I did, the truck would be gone, so we made the 45 minute drive. 4. Once we arrived, the truck was brought out front for a test drive. It had just been washed and the inside was spotless. That’s saying a lot for a 2011 F150 with 192k miles. It looked just like the pictures on their website, truth in advertising at its best. 5. Negotiations were easy and completed quickly. They didn’t have a problem staying a little while after closing and we were in the truck headed home at 8:30. 6. Thank you, I am really enjoying my new ride! More
