What a pleasure it was to phone Congo and without hesitation or a moment’s thought he immediately took ownership of the issue and not only put me in touch with the correct person who could help but continued to own the issue until my car was returned. GARY YOUMANS FORD ROCKS! Let me start off by saying that I have not been impressed by many car dealers over the years. However I felt compelled to share my experience with Gar Let me start off by saying that I have not been impressed by many car dealers over the years. However I felt compelled to share my experience with Gary Youmans Ford in Daytona.. This dealership on more than a few occasions suffers, as most dealerships, from incorrectly advertised vehicles/options on the net and when you get there the disappointment sets in, as it is not as advertised in the listing. Selling about 500 vehicles every month has it’s advantages! Their friendliness, customer service and eagerness to make the absolute best deal is quite evident! Their selection and no add-on pricing is what inspired me to drive out from Orlando a couple of times. Jeff H. the guy on their TV commercials, a 40 year veteran in the business manages an amazing operation and is always eager to hear of a customer experience that don’t quite live up to your expectations and more importantly, because this power dealership realizes the “value” in referrals and happy customers, Jeff will do his absolute BEST to MAKE IT RIGHT! Everyday seems like a Saturday at this dealership! There’s always customer appreciation stuff going on at this very busy dealership everyday with like 50 salesman on the lot! When I arrived I was fortunate enough to be approached by Adrian C. a 25 year veteran in the car business and dog lover having rescued 5 pitbulls. Anyone who rescues that many dogs and can have them all at the same time has to be the real deal! Anyway, because I had similar dog needs when purchasing a truck, his experiences became invaluable when it came down to what I thought I wanted vs. reality! I also found him to be very caring even after the sale with timely assistance and followup even after business hours. IMPRESSIVE! Their Service dept. was alerted of an external water leak that understandably wasn’t caught during Ford’s CPO 172 point checklist. Adrian and Jeff arranged for a loaner and even though I had some apprehension that this issue wasn’t going to get fixed right the first time and expected it to be inconvenient having to keep driving out from Orlando to get it fixed, I again was impressed with the Service departments ability to do it right THE FIRST TIME! Kudos to Bjorn and his team! The icing on the cake was when Adrian went ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATION when he even offered to drive my vehicle back to Orlando for me after being fixed so that I wasn’t inconvenienced any further! It seems that I have found an extremely RELIABLE dealership I can depend on and made some new friends along the way that I can rely on for all my future f150 concerns! I can see why Gary Youmans Ford continues to win Customer Satisfaction Awards. I rate this dealership 4.5/5 stars More

Almost lunch on the day after and still no call, not even to say you suck and we don’t want to work with you. So next contact will be BBB, Trade Commission, and Credit Bureaus for pulling my credit on what seems to be fraudulent car sales policies. This isn’t the first time !! Unless you know a salesman there don’t waste your time. The dealership has such high turnover they don’t even have the kid I worked with listed as an employee.. More
