I had the pleasure of meeting Sales Representative, Mike Hanna while having one of my vehicles serviced and he showed me the Lincoln MKZ while I was waiting. There was no pressure to buy a car that day. He knew every feature on the vehicle and carefully and patiently explained them all. Several days later we made a decision to purchase an MKZ and again had the pleasure of working with Mike Hanna and Sales Manager John Farrell. Working with Mike and John we negotiated a Buyer's Agreement with no hassle and no sales pressure. Once the vehicle was prepped for delivery, Mike Hanna joined us in the vehicle, again explained and ensured we understood all the features and functions and paired my cell phone to the new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Mike Hanna to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Heard brake noises, battery whatever, change oil,, on and on. So I went to dealership, Pulled in , they said, let’s get Marion and she’ll work with you on this. So, Ms Lincoln lady put me on the schedule right then and there, and, car was completed the next day since the parts had to come in... with a lot of work done. So glad to have it done though since wife will be using it. Marion even made the pain of the bill feel like it was a free oil change...well, almost. Cane down from Pgh, bought a Hyundai Palisade for the trip and now I want to trade it in with all of its 1345 miles for a Lincoln so I can deal with the Lincoln lady! Amen More

Navigator service Yesterday’s I took my Lincoln MKX in for a needed oil change and overall check up without an appointment. I was professionally greeted and quickly att Yesterday’s I took my Lincoln MKX in for a needed oil change and overall check up without an appointment. I was professionally greeted and quickly attended to. The agent told me my maintenance would take about 60 to 90 minutes. As I waited in the customer lounge, I ordered a cheeseburger and coke and prepared for the wait. Within an hour my car was ready and my service completed to include a needed new air filter. The cost was very reasonable and I left a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend The Gary Yeoman’s dealership for your routine maintenance. More
