I purchased a 2023 F350 in May 2023. Vehicle has been amazing and love it, but this morning of Feb. 27, 2024 my truck wouldn't start when I was about to go to work. I tried calling the o Vehicle has been amazing and love it, but this morning of Feb. 27, 2024 my truck wouldn't start when I was about to go to work. I tried calling the operator to speak to a mechanic about what might be the problem so I can start it and bring it into the dealership. But the operator refused to put me in contact with anyone. Very disappointing and now I have to call around to other dealerships that are willing to assist customers, especially after paying $100,000 for a truck. They are great at selling vehicles but terrible at helping customers afterwards. I give less than 1 star. More
