Just a nice dealership and the service was perfect I went for the "WORKS" which includes tire rotation as well as oil & filter change, My car is a 2012 Mustang and I always had one guy do all of my ser I went for the "WORKS" which includes tire rotation as well as oil & filter change, My car is a 2012 Mustang and I always had one guy do all of my service so I had a new guy this time, His name is Michael and he did a really excellent job and he will be my guy from now on. The old guy Willie retired and I will miss seeing him at service time. I had breakfast in their great restaurant at a great price. The best and greatest thing about Gary Yeoman's Ford is the do "NOT" try to sell you anything your car does not need like most car dealers do. Just honest friendly people that do good honest work on your car. No, I do not work there or related to Gary.I just like a nice honest place. More
Last service I’ve been going to Gary Yeoman Service Ctr since a vehicle was leased in Nov of 2015. Usually it has been a quick and efficient experience. I did notice that the manager there changed and didn’t see the friendly gentlemen the last two times. On an earlier service my key fobs we’re not working right and still under warranty I thought. This was mentioned to the service writer. The response was a question, “ Do I know how to replace the battery?” So Of course I went and replaced it although I thought it would have been covered under warranty. However, the last service was extremely long. My car sat on the rack for a long time without anyone working on it. There seemed to be one mechanic who was on the phone a lot. After over two hours of waiting, we asked the service writer what was up since the car was not being attended to. Shortly after we notified the service writer. they completed the job. They came out to notify us that the car was ready. Also, there was no charge which was nice of them to comp. Luckily, we didn’t have plans to go anywhere after the service. Hope this doesn’t happen too often in the future. More

Complete Service Center My vehicle was involved in an accident. The mechanical shop replaced the entire rear end of my F-150. The body shop fixed the damage, and their Quick My vehicle was involved in an accident. The mechanical shop replaced the entire rear end of my F-150. The body shop fixed the damage, and their Quick Change Lanes changed my oil and rotated the tires. When I go to The Dealership, I feel like family, treated like a VIP and have no problems. I recommend you give them a try. More

F350 not fixed Took a 2015 F350 in for LOW DEF fluid light on. Even though tank was full. All they did was re-flash the ECU hoping the light would go off. We spoke to the service advisor and told them we believed there to be something wrong with the actual sensor and to check it. Actually put your eyes on it! They took $250.00 to re-flash the ECU and $25.00 in shop fees?? Really does a floor mat and seat protector cost that? A total of $280.00 down the drain. They didn't drive the truck far enough to realize the light would just come back on shortly after, work order states they took it 15 miles. It's worth the drive to Bozard Ford in St. Augustine to fix your vehicle right the first time. More

On July 28, I took my car in for the first new car service and, as usual, had a very good experience. My appointment was honored even though I arrived late and the service center was busy. WENT IN FOR A OIL CHANGE AND THEY FOUND I NEEDED REAR BRAKES THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG. AND I WAS GLAD THEY INSPECTED MY CAR WITH THE OIL CHANGE AND FOUND I NEEDED REAR BRAKES. WHICH I D THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG.
