The Automall Bodyshop follow up with Customers is poor at best! It’s almost impossible to get a status and/or answer. I completely understand COVID has caused many delays in product and lack of laborers to best! It’s almost impossible to get a status and/or answer. This being said the LACK of customer care when service can be delivered is by far the worst I have ever experienced from a well branded service provider. Our Estimator has not only failed to keep us informed, but has encouraged me to influence my well known local company to discourage our employee discount program for the up coming 2022 Employee Benefit year. Completed the requested service in a prompt and courteous manner. Only objection I had was one of the service advisors tried to tell me there was a few pits i my windshield. They do a fine job for an oil change and tire rotation but the dealership is a bit pricy as expected. The $8.00 plus add on for supplies is way overboard and the upsell for an air filter with 10,000 mile but the dealership is a bit pricy as expected.
