From the moment I walked in the door and outlined my reason and financial climate, he was pleasant! He didn't show any negative faces or share any negative words! He was optimistic and even when I became overly frustrated (to tears), he was a kind voice and a distracting conversation. Honestly, I will probably find Nick when I'm ready to replace this car! I truly appreciate him advocating for me and keeping me calm during the process. I don't feel scammed or taken advantage of and that's rare in car sales! Thanks Nick! had one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever dealt with at this dealership. The dealership had the Honda Civic Type R advertised and presented as being sold at MSRP, which is one of the main reasons I moved forward with the process. However, once I got deep into the paperwork and financing discussions, it became clear that I was actually being charged over $10,000 above MSRP through added markups, fees, and pricing structures that were not clearly disclosed upfront. I repeatedly expressed concerns about the numbers and the pressure being applied, but the sales staff continued pushing the deal aggressively. Instead of feeling like I was being helped make an informed purchase, I felt cornered into signing for a vehicle under terms that were not honestly represented from the beginning. The entire process felt misleading and intentionally structured to get me emotionally committed before revealing the true cost of the car. Buying a vehicle — especially a high-performance car — should be exciting and transparent, not stressful and full of hidden pricing tactics. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this dealership carefully review every single line of paperwork, verify the actual out-the-door pricing in writing before committing, and avoid making decisions under pressure. I’m a 76 year-old widower who returned to Gary Yeomans to buy my third car from them. They sold me a 2026 Honda HRV with a window sticker MSRP of $30,000 and the end cost ended up to be $49,000.
