Alex was the absolute best sales person I have ever dealt with! He really knew his crap! If you go there definitely ask for him! He is also very pretty and tall! Buying a new car is supposed to be exciting, but my experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. Bait-and-switch on financing: I was promised a certain interest rate over the phone, but by the time we arrived at the dealership, that rate had changed. I should have walked away then, but we stayed only because they claimed they would make up the difference in our trade-in value. 2. Deceptive warranty sales tactics: We were told we were buying a $5,000 warranty. In reality, the way they structured and hid the costs made the warranty closer to $10,000 extra on top of the purchase price. They break things up in confusing ways so you can’t clearly see what you’re actually paying. 3. Electronic signing traps: The dealership insists that I “signed” and agreed to the inflated purchase price. However, everything is signed on an electronic screen that can be manipulated or zoomed in, making it impossible to see the full breakdown. There is absolutely no way I would have knowingly agreed to pay $10,000 more than what we had negotiated. 4. No accountability from management: When I called to address these issues, a so-called finance manager told me they couldn’t help me and that another manager would call me back. It has been over a week, and no one has followed up. 5. Personal impact: I am a hard-working mother of a disabled child. Every extra dollar taken by this dealership is money that should go toward my son’s food, medical care, and long-term needs. The financial strain they have put on my family is heartbreaking. 6. From joy to betrayal: What should have been a once-in-a-lifetime, joyful experience has instead become a nightmare. I feel duped, cheated, manipulated, and lied to. The excitement of owning a new car has been completely stolen from me. At this point, I would honestly rather have my old car back and walk away from this entire situation. To anyone considering buying here: please think twice. I hope sharing my story prevents others from going through what I have. More

Made an offer on a 2022 Jeep Cherokee for my wife three weeks earlier for $2 Most unprofessional crooked xxxxxxxx operation I have ever dealt with. Made an offer on a 2022 Jeep Cherokee for my wife three weeks earlier for $24000 cash out the door. Nick, the salesperson said that they could not do that. A week later Nick called me and left a message that they were good with my offer for $25000. I did not respond. Last Friday he called and again said they were good with $25000. I explained my offer was $24000. He called back and sad they had accepted my offer and made an appointment for today, Sunday, 9/14/25 to pick the car up. He had me email her drivers license and insurance card to get things setup ahead. Got to the dealership with my check in hand, Nick was not there. I explained we had already made the deal and were there to pick up the car. Paperwork was not even started. The person we dealt with finally put numbers on the desk showing total cost of just under $28000. I told her the deal was $24000. She got who I assume was the sales manager who came out denying everything and trying to confront me. Belligerent xxxxxxx, A complete waste of our time. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WILL POST THIS MESSAGE EVERYWHERE I CAN TO WARN OTHERS. Start spreading the news! More

Not satisfied at all. I believe that they put an old spark plug in my car. It resulted in my car running funny. I took possession of my car and it ran worse then when I to I believe that they put an old spark plug in my car. It resulted in my car running funny. I took the car to another repair shop and it was found that there was an old spark plug. The spark plugs were replaced several months ago. The spark plug that was put in the car did not match the other ones. They are not replacing parts but will give you an estimate for crap. Trying to rip you off. I guess they thought that I was going to let them do the work. Then they were going to replace the plugs and charge me almost 10,000 for absolutely nothing. They can’t be trusted. It’s awful that they are a bunch of thieves. I will never bring my car back to them again. More
We took our 2017 Honda accord to get the CVT transmission oil changed. They completed the service and listed other issues that they found wrong with the vehicle. we were surprised that they mention the batte oil changed. They completed the service and listed other issues that they found wrong with the vehicle. we were surprised that they mention the battery sensor was cracked while the day before we open the hood to jump start the vehicle and did not have that issue with the sensor. My son drove the car home and noticed a rattling sound on the driver front tire area. we saw that the bottom shroud cover was not fastened and we temporally put a nylon fastener in and called the service shop to get the vehicle inspected for any other issues. The report came back with a inner fender well liner missing, the cracked battery sensor ,camera aim sensor issue and other minor engine issues like a leaky valve cover gasket. We called service about how the inner fender shroud turned up missing and they said it was missing for a long time. I then asked why it wasn't reported when he changed the CVT oil and she said it wasn't a safety concern but commented that it could allow water to get in and cause sensor failure. But "THAT"S NOT A SAFETY CONCERN". My son is driving the car back to OHIO and I'm continuing to contact service to resolve what I consider poor service performance and service. My son and I know the the battery sensor was damaged in the shop. Looking at their service report the exterior inspection was checked green. After all of this we decided to do further checks on the undercarriage and found the nylon fasteners missing on the front shroud. WOW! I can't trust their service department after this episode and we just bought a new car there which I would not have done knowing what I experienced with service. I'm will continue to seek reasoning and closure to these issues but my trust in service is completely gone. I'm hoping they have video cameras in the work bays so they may review the work done on our car. I suggest to all when bring a car for service, mark items like oil filters, air filters, and take pictures of the car inside and out to ensure that work was done professionally. More

Most recently, we bought a Honda Civic Hybrid — and believe it or not Russell at Gary Yeoman’s Honda, and every time has been a fantastic experience. Most recently, we bought a Honda Civic Hybrid — and believe it or not, I like it even more than my Audi A3! Matt made the entire process easy and stress-free, as always.
