Worst car buying experience ever! I went to yoemans Honda because the salesman we had and liked from buying a vehicle from yoemans ford was transferred to the Honda dealership. There w I went to yoemans Honda because the salesman we had and liked from buying a vehicle from yoemans ford was transferred to the Honda dealership. There wasn't really anything i wanted at the Honda dealer but still wanted him to get the sale and had a vehicle in mind at the ford dealer. He said he could bring it but when supposedly calling to see if it was still available he said it was sold. I told him there was a couple others at the ford dealer i would like to look at but then the floor manager came over and said that my salesman was only allowed to sell me what was on the honda dealerships lot. My salesman who l thought was on my side started to push a few vehicles that they had on me but none were really what i wanted but after hours of looking and driving and figuring out financing i ended settling on something that was ok but was about $100 a month more than what i had intended on spending but was worn out and just wanted to get it over with and said if i end up not liking it i had 3 days to bring it back. Well he called the next and said the financing didnt end up going thru for the rate they had told me and wanted me to pay $500 a month more now. I live off of disability and there was no way i could afford that! So i brought the vehicle back and the finance guy said since the original deal didnt go thru it was now void and i can either just take my trade in back and leave or try to find something there that would fit my budget. So my salesman who now just seems to want to make any kind of sale he can showed me a few more but i didnt like any of them and eventually just said give me my old vehicle back. He didn't like that answer and said my trade in was already being sold and i got mad and said how can you even put my trade in up for sale when my deal for another vehicle hasn't went thru yet! He got flustered and got the general manager who came over and said i would have to give them almost $500 to get my trade in back because of what they did to it to get it ready to sell in detailing, oil change, and whatever and i said it never should have been up for sale yet and just give me my friggin keys or you'll be dealing with my attorney! After a few more choice words for him and his dealership and feeling like smashing his face in, he told my salesman just to get me out of there and i finally got my keys and left any yoemans dealerships for good and would hope they all go out of business because no matter how nice or friendly they may be while your buying, as soon as your not or leave the lot, they don't give a crap about you which probably goes for most dealerships but both yoemans honda and ford dealers are the worst I've dealt with in buying over 40 cars in my almost 60 years on earth. Thank God i learned my lesson! More

Parts Department I had an issue with my battery that I purchased several years ago, I arrived at the dealership extremely tired and stressed out, not sure if the batte I had an issue with my battery that I purchased several years ago, I arrived at the dealership extremely tired and stressed out, not sure if the battery was still under warranty or not, but it was and Shawn in the parts department helped calm me down and assured me that everything would be fine. Shawn personally made sure that everything was taken care of and kept me posted on the status of my vehicle the whole time. Kind and Compassionate, Shawn is a great team member no doubt. More

However, we felt no pressure to buy, but the car just seemed like the right fit. We were impressed with how well Matt knew about the vehicles we were interested in. During the introduction process and after purchase, Matt explained all the nuances of the vehicle. Dan took all the time we needed to explain various financial options available to us. Both made me feel that I can come back or call at any time with questions and I already have! Matt was great about helping me with a child's car seat! Before I left, he wanted to make sure I understood again all the advantages this SUV has. More
