First experience buying new car I had car shopped before and hate the feeling of all the salesman as you walk up. Michael Fuguet is a polite and nice guy, he felt more like a friend not a salesman answering my questions and showing me different cars. I made 2 visits before making up my mind, driving several cars and feeling no pressure. My new Civic is perfect for me and I got a great/fair trade in price for my old Ford. That's all that I heard when I tried to start my vehicle the other day, the second time that happened in two weeks. I did a quick jump start and drove it down intermediately to Gary Yeoman's Honda. Rich Nichols jumped right on it and it was in the shop within a few minutes of my arrival. The mechanic checked everything out and could not fins any problem with the battery, starter or alternator. If it happens again, I plan on getting it on a flatbed and I'm sure they will be able to find the problem. More

Leaking tailgate on 2018 Odyssey I'm visiting for two months here in NS from NC. Have had problems with water intrusion in rear seat well........Had it my dealer in S.C. before I left.......They didn't get it all fixed in time so I took it Gary Yeoman's and they handled the problem which was a warranty issue. Worked with Chuck Hunt who was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Walked me through the process and updated me on progress as it took a long time.............leaks are like that.............beautiful and comfortable waiting area.... also needed some parts for my daughters accord which was handled without a problem by the parts dept. More

They took it back and everything checked out fine. It's been fine since then. A couple of days earlier I noticed my rear window washer was not working, so I added fluid, still nothing. I did notice fluid on the ground near the rear of the car, so I guessed that it was something simple like a detached line. Sure enough that is what it was. Again, the crew mentioned above took care of my issue immediately. It's nice to know where I can go for something minor or major. Great job again by all. More
