Fabulous New Daytona Site - Still Great Service The new facility at Daytona Auto Mall is the most impressive I've ever seen. I'd like to equate it to a Disney experience. You drive your auto into a large hanger like service check in area. You're greeted and directed to a service advisor, if you don't have one already, our's was Melissa Manfredi. Next stop the lounge area while you wait. From the lounge area you can see your car as it goes to a service area as the whole complex is an open view concept, including where your service advisor sits. The lounge area has 4 extraordinary large flat screen TV's tuned to different programming and adequate seating capacity for many in front of each TV. The chairs, lounges are super comfortable. There's a multi-talented coffee maker that has multiple choices from plain coffee, to specialty coffee, to tea, to hot chocolate, etc. Restroom(s) spectacular, won't go into detail here but there's a shoe shine machine for use in each!!! Service - our new (1 month) 2018 Pilot had a loose front driver side wheel well plastic trim. This had been replaced in NY just prior to arriving in Daytona. It had come loose again. I was not happy there was a recurrence. Melissa put us at ease, and when she explained how it had happened again I completely understood. Time to get it done ... about a good cup of coffee. Melissa has been our service advisor from the old Nova Road site, and it was wonderful conversing with her again. She has a positive, reassuring, pleasant demeanor. Looking forward to our next Gary Yeoman's Daytona Auto Mall visit. More

I didn't think any other dealership could have been better than Frank Ancona Honda in Olathe, KS, but Gary Yeomans Honda in Daytona Beach made the mark! What a wonderful place with a friendly staff and knowledgable service department. Mike Stambersky was my service advisor. He got me in and out quickly, explained everything in detail and did not sell me anything that I didn't need. Very friendly, knowledgable and dependable. Also, I love their website as it is easy to schedule your service appointment online. It even allows you to pick your service advisor. Pick Mike. You won't be disappointed. As long as I live in Florida, Gary Yeomans Honda will be my CR-V's service center. More

She kept us in the loop as to the status of our vehicle and worked to get us back on the road in a very timely fashion. She also took the time, at our request, to shuttle us to a local restaurant so we could have breakfast while we waited on our car. Our driver was Daniel. He was also very professional and friendly. We really enjoyed our experience. We have been a 2 Honda family for years. We like the reliability of their vehicles and the prompt and courteous service Honda provides.
