Warranty This dealership had my car 4 days and the problem still was not fixed. This is not the first time I have received terrible mechanic service at this dealership. I would not recommend this dealship to my worse enemy. I believe not one person should be singled out for this problem but the entire service department since you all are a team. More

Beware of "come ons." They called me to come in and test drive the latest model of the Honda Civic SI that I own and bought from them two years ago when they were Hendric They called me to come in and test drive the latest model of the Honda Civic SI that I own and bought from them two years ago when they were Hendrick Honda. I did. They promised me a gift card if I went in and did that. No gift card. A salesman scratched on a piece of paper that I could have $25.00 worth of credit in their parts department, good for one month. Gift card is a false "come on." I spoke to two more salesmen a few days later trying to convince me to buy a car and I told them about the gift card experience. Both of them said they would look into it and call me back. No call, but then, I did not expect one. I will never buy another car from them and I will have my Honda serviced someplace else. More
