We had a list of six cars from different dealerships to tryout. Honda was our first stop. Kyle Dean was extremely helpful and attentive to what we were looking for. He put us in a 2017 Odessey. I took it for a drive and he pointed out all the features in the car. I fell in love with this car and bought it. We have never bought the first car we saw. Rattling noise coming from trunk area I went to the dealer because I experienced a rattling noise coming from the rear of the car. The serviceman took me out for a test drive around the n I went to the dealer because I experienced a rattling noise coming from the rear of the car. The serviceman took me out for a test drive around the neighborhood. He heard the noise and stopped the car opened the trunk and fixed the problem. There are two torsion bars that help with opening the trunk lid that cross each other and the spacer between them was not attached properly. He fixed it and the noise was gone. The best part there was no charge from the dealer. More
