Robert "Ken" Strachan great service Ken was extremely helpful in helping us select our new CRV Touring. When they didn't have an AWD on the lot, he got on his computer and found one with Ken was extremely helpful in helping us select our new CRV Touring. When they didn't have an AWD on the lot, he got on his computer and found one with the color and options we wanted. He was able to arrive at a price we accepted and the new car arrived on time in 3 days as promised. Ken is a very caring and knowledgable person and We would reccomend him highly. Dishonesty at it`s best I leased a new car from Hendricks Honda, and a salesman was a very decent person (he is no longer with this dealership), My car was fine and had only I leased a new car from Hendricks Honda, and a salesman was a very decent person (he is no longer with this dealership), My car was fine and had only 7K milage after 36 months contract, but I decided to turn it in. During the returning process, American Honda Financial Services (AHFS) advised me that if I didn`t keep the car and didn`t want to lease another one, but if the dealership decides to keep the car, I wouldn`t have to pay $350 disposition fee (this fee is for the leasing company, not for the dealership, to cover reselling expense). I called Hendricks Honda a few times asking them if they`d be purchasing my low-mileage vehicle, so I wouldn`t have to pay that fee, and they said just to bring it in. On the day of the return, I again asked that question a sales manager (a tall black man). He said he`d be back to me, but never did. Instead, Thomas Mariner , used car inventory manager, came to take my keys and signed up the paperwork. When I asked the same question about buying the car from me, he said that the managers would have to decide, and that he would have to do his paperwork anyways. I asked that buying out question again, and he said that I`d get a call. Another manager came only to ask about to sell me another car. When I checked my account, I saw the $350+tax fee. I called AHFS to inquire about the car`s location, and they informed me that indeed Hendricks Honda purchased it, but they did it in a way the customer ends up with the fee by purchasing it for a much lower price, and not how it should be done (they should had purchased it at a gross payoff, but instead, they did it in a sneaky way at residual value, so they leave a customer with the fee instead of paying it themselves when buying that leased car). I then called the dealership and spoke to Mr. Mariner, who pretended that he had never heard of that $350 disposition fee (and he has been working as a manager for three years - hard to believe it was all new to him). He was the one who grounded the car and did the transaction not in the customer`s interest. I asked him to call AHFS, so he could clarify about that wildly known disposition fee, and what he did wrong. He then called me back with an attitude that the fee was in the contract (I never argued it wasn`t, but the condition of that fee is what was in question), and that he couldn`t get anybody at AHFS to clarify that fee, and when it is not passed onto a customer. Surprisingly, I spoke to different people at AHFS, and they all knew how the dealership cheated with this transaction. Mr. Mariner blamed AHFS for everything and had no desire to fix it (because they intentionally did it wrong in the first place), and I asked to talk to another manager. He then hung up on me. I called AHFS again to inquire on the wrongdoing of Hendricks Honda management, and a representative said that she was going to file a complaint, as that`s not how their third parties should be acting, and that they give dealerships instructions not to practice buying out at residual value unless they pay that $350 for a customer. Honda is a great car, and I recommend it to everyone, but look somewhere else to buy it, these guys have no integrity and do everything to scam you. More

Nader is very helpful with explaining the features and functions of the vehicle. For a complicated purchase , out of state license ans registration, Nader handled it efficiently with grace. Michael kept in touch with me all day to keep me posted and in the end the issue was fixed and I could not be happier. Michael and Mackie are incredible and so courteous and professional.
