He is Very Rude, And Condesending, And talks down to you. Rich Nichols is Very rude and disrespectful. I had a complimentary oil change from the manager. And he questioned me and made me email my personal email from the manager to him. Every time I had a question he got very snappy. And basically just talked down to me the entire time. He cuts you off when you talk. He corrects everything you say. He should be fired! For horrible customer service. How is this Rich still employed with Hendrick Honda? He should go flip burgers at McDonald's. Because he is lower than low. He disrespected me and my family in front of guests in the lobby by following me around to approve my free oil change. He does nothing but hassel you, and make your visit stressful. He's very condescending and scares away his customers that's why he makes them feel bad into giving him a good rating. He gets a 0 zero from me. Learn respect! If my husband was there the day of my oil change, you wouldn't NEVER treated me the way you did with such Disrespect. You don't EVER treat me like that again! Bad customer Service and don't have car they promised Worst customer service ever. Confirmed in both email and phone about the final price, color and availability of the car, when I drove 1 hr from Orlando to get the car, first they didn't agreed in the price they promised although I had email confirmation. They asked me additional 1600$ additional on top of comfirmed price. Second, they said car is not available. I was ready to pay $800 extra on top of the prices they agreed, After 1.5 hour the sales boss (Josh) came and he said he cannot sell the car in that price. If you cannot sell the car in the given price why you commit to sell the car? Why you make people drive 2 hour for nothing ? Why don't you say in the beginning and Why you make people wait for that long ? We were dealing with Chris at the beginning, he seems nice guy, later Other sales guys named Rich showed up and misbehave/disrespect us ... Omg Poor customer ever seen in my life. I am Honda owner for many years and I have never seen something terrible service like that. More
