Instead, they will ignore your phone calls and requests for assistance. The 2017 Honda Civic that I purchased has a defect and Hendrick Honda has failed to recognize this and fix the issue. If they were truly interested in quality customer care they would have repaired or replaced this vehicle with one that does not have excessive air noise/wind rush on the driver window. More

Left Disappointed. I visited this Dealer on Sunday (1/15/17) to get competitive pricing for a 2017 CR-V EX-L. My original appointment was with Chris Brungna, and I had I visited this Dealer on Sunday (1/15/17) to get competitive pricing for a 2017 CR-V EX-L. My original appointment was with Chris Brungna, and I had already spoken with Chris by phone prior to my arrival. Chris was busy when I got there, so I was handed-off to Mr. Bruce. Please note I had already visited 3 other Honda Dealers and obtained their best out-the door price. Mr. Bruce was pleasant enough during the Test drive. After we got back to the lot, Mr. Bruce jumped the gun and gave me pricing for the new car including my Trade-in, etc. I didn't want a Trade-in value at that time, and the trade-in value he quoted me was extremely low. (Note: I did not bring my Trade-in with me because I did not want to endure any high-pressure sales tactics to convince me to buy a car that day.) I repeatable explained that I was only interested in the best out-the-door price. I believe that Mr. Bruce became frustrated because he had realized that I was not going to buy a vehicle at the inflated price he wanted to sell it to me for. I finally asked for the best price with all of the accessories that I wanted installed at the dealership. Mr. Bruce did not want to be bothered anymore, and he did not give me a price. Mr. Bruce made a very rude comment to me before I left. The very next day (Monday) I bought a 2017 CR-V EX-L from a Honda competitor in Central Brevard county, with a much lower Sales price, and over double the amount of Trade-in value that Mr. Bruce quoted me for my 2000 CR-V Special Edition 4WD in pristine condition. I really wish that I could have worked with Chris on this deal, because Chris seemed like a fair-minded person who treated me with respect. If you decide to visit this Dealership, ask for Chris Brungna. Final Note: I did provide post-visit feedback about my bad experience with Mr. Bruce to Chris, and recommended that Mr. Bruce receive some sensitivity training to enhance his capabilities when interfacing with customers like me who are looking only for the best possible deal. More
