Theresa was very helpful in showing me all the options from total base to fully loaded. I didn't feel that she pushed me more toward either model as she understands the cost between is no NBD to all people! Having just come from three other dealerships with this attitude, that was a nice change! Although, the bells and whistles were surprisingly affordable on this model and she helped me get the price WAY down so I could get what I really wanted and not have to compromise with something I just felt sort of "EH" about for five years. So, Thank you Theresa, after 2 months of dealer hopping, I'm finally done! HB More

She was also very knowledgeable about the product. With Teresa, it was not about making a profit, as it was more about finding a scenario that met our needs, whatever that scenario might be. She took the time to listen, digest, and come up with a reasonable solution. She was not pushy, yet, she firmly believed in the product at hand. As a result, we believe in the product as well. Due to our personal situation, it was decided that now is not quite the right time to purchase a car. However, when it is time, Teresa is the person that we want to deal with. We have dealt with many car sales people over the years. Teresa is by far our favorite. Her style sets the standard of what every sale person at your dealership should aspire to be like. Her genuine desire to help along with her enthusiasm about the product creates the best experience that one could have when purchasing a car. We will never forget our experience with her. Very bad service experience Our 2008 Honda Civic had been as close to perfect as a car can be, that is, until we took it to Hendrick Honda. We thought it would be a good idea to Our 2008 Honda Civic had been as close to perfect as a car can be, that is, until we took it to Hendrick Honda. We thought it would be a good idea to take it to the dealer for a 100,000 mile checkup. After a $1,200 bill ($1,500 was charged to our Car Credit ), we drove home. They said something relating to the oil needed to be changed (several hundred dollars). The next morning we found a large puddle of oil under the engine. This car had never leaked a drop of oil in 7 years until the Hendrick service department got hold of it. We took the car back to the service department at Hendrick. They fixed whatever problem they had caused. The $1,200 was outrageous for whatever work was done. Now, the Car Credit is coming due. Since Hendricks Honda over-charged my account $300 I am trying to get that amount credited back to my account. Car Credit can't help. I called the service department at Hendricks Honda. No one wanted to address my issue. I got to the 3rd person on the phone and the call went to voice mail. This company has the appearance of quality and has a nice motto in the lobby but I have experienced none of that. Also, my letter of complaint to the general manager was ignored. I'll drive to Deland or Palm Coast for my future Honda purchase and service. More

Mark offe My purchase experience from the moment I walked in was excellent. I came in looking for the gentleman I had purchased through 2 years ago. Mark offered his time and service to follow-up with my inquiry prior to knowing that that sakes man had moved to the finance department. Mark took me through the long and arduous purchase process from start to finish and then assisted me further when I texted with question. As well, the following day he sat in the car to help me with the navigation system and helped me reset my dash to check on the miles per gallon readings. Mark was excellent and helpful and I would recommend asking for him! More
