He called back a few minutes, I appreciated that as most people would call back days later or just not call back at all. Throughout the process Mike was diligent, caring and thorough. I eventually made the decision to purchase this vehicle not only because the price was right but because of Mike G. He made sure my time was used wisely and provided guidance each step of the way. I then transitioned to James McElroy and he was hilarious and also made the process easy. He explained my loan terms and my next steps so that I had no surprises.
