Excellent dealer service! I had what I consider to be a serious problem with the steering on my 2016 Ram 3500. There was also two recall campaigns on my vehicle. I called servi I had what I consider to be a serious problem with the steering on my 2016 Ram 3500. There was also two recall campaigns on my vehicle. I called service and talked with service advisor Gary. He advised that there were no appointments available but to bring my vehicle anyway and that he would work it in. I carried it in first thing in the morning. Gary has ensured that the parts were on hand. By mid afternoon, he called to inform me that all issues had been taken care of and that they had been able to change the oil and replace the fuel filters. This by far exceeded my expectations and demonstrates excellence in customer service. My truck will not go anywhere else for service. Highly recommended!
