I went in and after two days of thinking, I decided on buying a 2017 Wrangler. After getting home and riding with my children in it, I realized it was just too small for my family. The next day my husband called Gerald and Devin (finance manager) and asked if there was anything that can be done. They worked all day on a deal for us and got me into a 2017 Grand Cherokee. I am so grateful and appreciative to have worked with a salesmen and finance manager that truly cares about their customers. A lot of car dealerships say they have integrity and care about their customers, but Gastonia Jeep has went way above and beyond any expectations I had. Jason, the sales manager, also had a big role in making this work, as I was trading in a fairly new car on a lease. He got my payment exactly where we needed it to be. When I am ready to trade this Jeep in (which will not be soon because I love it!) I will definitely only work with Gerald, Devin and Jason. Gerald remembered me, my mother and daughters, from my last car experience I had with him. Not a lot of salesmen would remember details about prior customers like that.
