When we all went for the test drive, I was very afraid the sales team would see his excitement and take advantage of him, however, the exact opposite happened !! Gerald Morrison, who has worked there over 20 years, helped my son through the process and answered all questions. He was fair, respectful, very patient and it was a true blessing. I have been in love with the Jeep Grand Cherokees for a while now and a used caught my eye so we got out to look at the vehicle. Jimmy is one of the best salesmen at this Dodge Dealership. He is helpful, fun to be around, and very patient. I had looked at several used cars, before finally I was at my point of giving up. We were headed back into the dealership so he could give me some information on Jeeps in general and that when this beautiful 2017 maroon jeep caught my eye. He let us look at it for probably 15 minutes before inviting us into the dealer ship to print us off a picture of the window tag. Well, one thing led to another and a couple hours later and I was taking home my dream car. Jimmy gave my husband and I one of the best experiences we could have asked for. It was nice having someone ease you into the car buying experience vs. pushing you into open water and hoping you can swim. He showed us how everything worked in the Jeep, even set up the Bluetooth for me on my phone, and was just overall a very helpful person. Excellent experience from the first time I met Gerald! I called Gerald to let him know I was interested in test driving 3 vehicles on a cold/windy afternoon. I showed up 30 minutes later and Gerald had all 3 vehicles lined up, warmed up and ready to go with CarFax reports for each. I test drove all and fell in love with the first one which I took home to show my family...however my wife did not approve. The next day I saw a car at a sister company that I knew would work for our family and Gerald personally picked it up and had it ready that evening...I drove it home that night and my family loved it...we signed paperwork the next day! Gerald and Devin were very professional with excellent customer service and provided a very satisfying experience all around for me and my family.
