Lied to about extended warranty for lower interest rate. I went to this dealer to look at a used truck. The truck was already sold. Keith Langford took my information and provided me a great deal on a new 2015 Ram however, I needed more back seat space. After looking at a 2016 Ram Crew Cab I decided to trade mine in and purchase the new truck. Brian the finance guy told me that in order for me to get a lower interest rate I had to purchase a $4000 warranty. Me not knowing any better I took it. I was very interested in a different truck with more options but I was told I could not get financed for it without money down. Since I did not want to put any money down I settled for the truck they offered with the extended warranty. Now I'm in a truck I didn't really want with out options that were very important to me and my family. After consulting with various sources I called the dealer and canceled the warranty. The only thing I was told is "Brian is fired because he's been doing this to many people and I can come back for a free tank of gas." As far as I'm concerned this is unacceptable business practice, very unprofessional behavior by a corporation like this. Someone at Chrysler should contact me to make this deal right and remove the bad taste I have. More
Good home town feel to doing bussiness, and no presure. I stoped to look at a Jeep Wrangler and was bet by Mike Todd. He was helpful and took his time to show me a Wrangler they had in stock. I wanted a Freedom Edition Oscar Mike and told him I was still just looking. The next time I stopped by I asked for a brocure on the New Wranglers. Without any hesitation he got me the brochure and gave me his card and told me If he could do anything to just let him know. When I got ready to buy I called him and asked if they had any Freedoms and he told me no but he would gladly find me one if that's what I wanted. I went up there as a courtesy to Mike as I had been talking to another dealer, and he beat there deal after I showed him what I had already quoted and dealer transferred the Jeep from Winston Salem to Gastonia. He and the dealership went the other mile to get my business and that is why I bought from them instead of any one else. Thank You Mike Todd and Gastonia Chrysler Jeep. More

I visited CarMax and a dealership in Huntersville and they were both very persistent and kind of pushy. But, Danny Craig, was perfect. Did not blow my phone up constantly or anything, but made me feel extremely comfortable and got the exact car I was looking for, in my price range. Even though I did not buy the car the first couple times I came on the lot, Danny was always helpful and very patient, and I appreciated that! Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone lookinf for a car! More

Expectations exceeded I drove an hour and a half to look at a particular Challenger that was on the showroom floor. Kelvin responded to my online inquiry and was there waiting for me when I arrived. We did a test drive and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. We worked through lease and buy options and he was very patient through the process. Ron Livelace, the General manager and Aaron Parks in Finance were great as well. I drove home in my new Challenger in time for my Grand daughters birthday, and they even drove my truck home for me. Great experience. Highly recommend them. More
