A great experience We were looking for a new used car and had a specific make and model in mind - which we found on line. A call of inquiry to this dealership was answer We were looking for a new used car and had a specific make and model in mind - which we found on line. A call of inquiry to this dealership was answered by Jimmy Grant. He answered my questions over the phone and invited me to come by and see the car in person. When we arrived to look at the car - although I knew the model we wanted I was not personally familiar with the car or its distinguishing details. Jimmy spent a great deal of time showing me and my daughter, who will be the primary driver, the features of the car. From simple auto operation, to safety, and comfort items he took the time to give us a detailed tour of the car and answered all of our questions. He gave this information in a way that was to educate us, not make a sale. In addition, he told us the benefits associated with buying that used car and a bit about the previous car owner, as he knew them as well. It wasn't until he covered all this helpful information with us that we even took the car for a test drive. We decided that the car was all that we hoped for. It was as nice as presented on line and with the additional information we received about the car we felt very comfortable with the choice. We were pleased with the price offered being as we expected and the attention to detail to make sure the car was reviewed, any items attended to that caught ours - or Jimmy's - eye in the inspection process. The paperwork process to close on the transaction was smooth and being considerate of our time was obvious. It was a painless process. We were very happy with help and attention from Jimmy Grant, and everyone else we met at Gastonia Dodge. I would recommend others to this dealership and to Jimmy specifically. Best car buying experience yet! Kim Simms is a trip! We know we're not going to be in and out of a dealership in just a few minutes when buying a car, but Kim made our time spent th Kim Simms is a trip! We know we're not going to be in and out of a dealership in just a few minutes when buying a car, but Kim made our time spent there very enjoyable. Kim knew we were serious about getting into a new (2015) Charger, so she told us about one that just came off the truck that day. It fit our bill, so she made sure it would be there for us later that night. As promised, there is was in the detail area. Kim filled us in on all the details/options/functions of the car before test driving it. After the test drive, we were set on getting this one, however, after having an insulting low-ball offer for our trade-in at Stateline Dodge in South Carolina, we were concerned with what we would get here. To our delightful surprise, we were offered an acceptable amount for our trade-in with no haggling, plus the incentives that we qualified for!
