Hi. I'm Rick Gastorf and I appreciate you visiting our website. Gastorf Chevrolet is a family business that has been serving Warren, Lincoln, Montgomery and St. Charles County for over 30 years. I never will charge you fees for doing business with us. Other dealers will charge paperwork fee up to $600 and add on things.
What makes us different from other dealerships is that we, the Gastorfs, are accessible. My sons, Ricky, Joey and I work full time at the dealership. Often times you work specifically with us in connection with your purchase, service or body shop needs.
We also offer a relaxed and friendly environment in which to shop. We treat each guest as we would expect to be treated. Our guests are given a fair price up front with no gimmicks, no unnecessary fees, and no surprises when the final paperwork is signed.
Our goal at Gastorf Chevrolet is to be honest and low pressure. We want to give our guests the most enjoyable and easy car buying experience they have ever had so that we can provide them with all of their automotive needs for years to come! Very easy, honest and straightforward transaction. Dave really did an excellent job with making sure all my questions were answered. The purchase of my two new truck was seamless and quick. Didn’t have to worry about the typical haggling and hidden chargesthat you get exposed to other dealerships. I drove an over an hour. away from home to purchase a truck due to this excellent communication and service. The rest of the team was just as engaged with making sure that the process was completed easily. The service department did a great job detailing the truck in a short period of time getting it ready for me to pick up on an early Saturday morning.It was worth the drive and I will be back for my retirement truck.
