Our family is growing and my wife was looking for a 7 passenger that she went by Gastorf Chevy because they had a couple Traverses in stock. When she stopped by Gastorf I had her talk to Mike that has help a couple of people I work with. My wife said he took his time to go over things, show her different options, and even took the time to go on a test drive with the kids. "I think after talking with her he had a better time playing with my kids" lol the whole family enjoyed the time at the dealership. He should her all the numbers broke down with the trade and not adding anything back besides she wanted a pine strip on it for only $199. No paperwork fee or playing them games like others. I went back up to take a look at the Traverse with her and go over things. I see why the family like Mike! It wasn't about selling us this one car; it was all about making sure we come back to them again. My family is happy with the new Traverse, the dealership, and how my wife was treated. Mike will get our business and whoever is looking for a vehicle. They even showed us all the departments they have when we need to get things done later on. Bought a 2022 Traverse. Wife went to get it's first oil change and the service dept recommended a tune up.
