Hi. I'm Rick Gastorf and I appreciate you visiting our website. Gastorf Chevrolet is a family business that has been serving Warren, Lincoln, Montgomery and St. Charles County for over 30 years. I never will charge you fees for doing business with us. Other dealers will charge paperwork fee up to $600 and add on things.
What makes us different from other dealerships is that we, the Gastorfs, are accessible. My sons, Ricky, Joey and I work full time at the dealership. Often times you work specifically with us in connection with your purchase, service or body shop needs.
We also offer a relaxed and friendly environment in which to shop. We treat each guest as we would expect to be treated. Our guests are given a fair price up front with no gimmicks, no unnecessary fees, and no surprises when the final paperwork is signed.
Our goal at Gastorf Chevrolet is to be honest and low pressure. We want to give our guests the most enjoyable and easy car buying experience they have ever had so that we can provide them with all of their automotive needs for years to come! I have been a loyal customer for many years both in new vehicle purchases and routine service of those same vehicles. However, I believe I was significantly overcharged on labor hours for my most recent v vehicle purchases and routine service of those same vehicles. However, I believe I was significantly overcharged on labor hours for my most recent visit. I dropped the vehicle off around 1:20 and later saw it in the customer pickup area around 2:50 and was told around 3:00 that it was finished but I was billed for 2 hours labor not 1 1/2 hours. When I spoke afterwards to the service manager he promised he would follow up with his manager but I never heard back from anyone. Very disappointing to be treated with dishonesty and unethical overcharges. More
