Hi. I'm Rick Gastorf and I appreciate you visiting our website. Gastorf Chevrolet is a family business that has been serving Warren, Lincoln, Montgomery and St. Charles County for over 30 years. I never will charge you fees for doing business with us. Other dealers will charge paperwork fee up to $600 and add on things.
What makes us different from other dealerships is that we, the Gastorfs, are accessible. My sons, Ricky, Joey and I work full time at the dealership. Often times you work specifically with us in connection with your purchase, service or body shop needs.
We also offer a relaxed and friendly environment in which to shop. We treat each guest as we would expect to be treated. Our guests are given a fair price up front with no gimmicks, no unnecessary fees, and no surprises when the final paperwork is signed.
Our goal at Gastorf Chevrolet is to be honest and low pressure. We want to give our guests the most enjoyable and easy car buying experience they have ever had so that we can provide them with all of their automotive needs for years to come! Their service department had our car in and promised a certain price on a new transmission. They offered a discounf of $2500 because we serviced our vehicle there. The car was in the shop, already half certain price on a new transmission. They offered a discounf of $2500 because we serviced our vehicle there. The car was in the shop, already half way finished, when they called to say that they were NOT going to honor the discount because we didn't meet the mileage service requirements (we were 10,000 miles off). We bought the car there, have only owned it for 2 years and needed a new transmission, in good faith, they should have honored their promise. We have bought lots of cars from them, but we won't anymore. Their service has really diminished and the customer service is no longer a priority either. So sad. More
