Happy customer! Walked into Gates just to look around for a used car, my 2007 Mini was starting to have problems. Met Jarid Lio in the lot, we discussed my needs Walked into Gates just to look around for a used car, my 2007 Mini was starting to have problems. Met Jarid Lio in the lot, we discussed my needs and price range. Looked at a beautiful used Buick, but a bit over my budget. He mentioned that they actually has a sweet used 2015 Mini on the lot, so we took it for a test drive. Amazed at all the style and engineering changes, but the model was 8 years newer than mine so it is a couple of generations of technology and improvements. Test drove a Nissan that was close to my budget price, but there was no comparison to the Mini! Bought the Mini. JARID DID A SUPERB JOB. The other staff members were engaging, polite and professional without being stiff. It seems like a happy dealership. CAVEAT EMPTOR: at closing and financing they'll offer lots of warrantee options and plans that could add $2,000.00 to the price. I DECLINED ALL OF THEM. Enjoy the bottled water, but pass on the coffee. More
