Brian Philips was extremely friendly, This is the 2nd purchase I have made with Gates GMC and I will be a loyal customer for every car that I buy!!!! Brian Philips was extremely friendly, answered all of my questions, showed me options that I honestly did not think I would be able to get with a vehicle purchase. I am now leasing a brand new 2014 Buick Encore which I never thought was even in my price range. Tomas Gates and Brian Philips listened to what I was looking for and worked to get me into the vehicle that fit me and my wants and needs. This is an excellent dealership and I have always had a great experience there!!! My only suggested feedback would be to make the experience faster as it typically takes 4-5hrs to purchase a vehicle. I spoke to another woman who had her two small children there and they were there the same amount of time with me. Not a desireable situation with or without children, spending an entire day at a busy dealership is a challenge in itself. Brian Philips made the experience pleasant and worked hard to make sure I was happy in the long run. Thank you so much Brian and Gates GMC!!! More
