Came back because I bought a truck 13 years ago from Ralph Clement and he sold me another one and that's a tough nut to crack. He is very knowledgeable, while not being too pushy. My experience at Gates was outstannding I had alot of negative equity in my trade-in and they got me a 2014 Nissian Altima Sports edition for only $60 more a month I had given up hope of ever owning a ne negative equity in my trade-in and they got me a 2014 Nissian Altima Sports edition for only $60 more a month I had given up hope of ever owning a new car. All of the people were friendly, the atmosphere was postive the dealership seem very clean and most important was my husband and I felt comfortable working with them on our new car process.
