The pair demonstrated the lengths they would go to to address my concerns. GMC regional and internal service department resources were brought to bear until I had a full understanding of the facts surrounding the absence of "Jack" cover. It wasn't easy but the three of us worked through the issue without losing our cool. While disappointed that GMC has removed the "Jack" cover box on the Sierra reg cabs, I am impressed with the time and effort Thomas and Eric spent with me to address my issue! More
