Gates GMC Nissan responded

Mr. Tata, Gates has taken full responsibility for this concern and we haven’t left you stranded we fallowed GM protocol to a tee; There was nothing else we could do. I feel looking back at this that we could have communicated better and maybe we wouldn’t have had this negative outcome but in regards to the problem we opened the case and fallowed it with GM on your behalf. Knowing that another dealer finished what we started isn’t idea for you nor us but at the end of the day your problem was solved and that is a feat in and of its self this makes us glad that it all worked out. The deal was amazing and that is no excuse for lack of quality. We “GATES” didn’t do anything with malice intentions nor did we “hurt” the truck. It was a left over model that due to its sit on the lot has surface rust. If we could duplicate the deal and produce another truck it would have been our pleasure that was not possible and we are were we are because of it again in the future it we can help you we will be more than glad to do so thanks for the chance Denny Gates and Gates GMC

Nothing got fixed at the other dealer, he could not fix what your guys screwd up. it was another was of time and a 2 day rental for me . the truck was to bad to fix and would cost to much they said , feel free to check with Michele.
