Overall the experience we had was one of the best we've had at other dealerships. The one negative was at the end getting the car after Being cleaned and detailed, I noticed a couple of problems that I di had at other dealerships. The one negative was at the end getting the car after Being cleaned and detailed, I noticed a couple of problems that I did not notice before hand. The rear passenger door panel is peeling and on the same door but on exterior the side molding is starting to peel. Because of this, instead of a 10 experience over all, I'd say a 7.5 rating. I feel as though with a car at this price should not have peeling issues of any sort and not being fixed. I understand it's a used car and what not but I did not notice/ these blemishes, were not there before detailing. I honestly don't think I would have bought it if they were there. Bought new Altima. Brakes had issues, Service department would NOT honor warranty.
