It was a seamless process buying a car with Gates Honda and more specifically with Austin Mikel. I was coming from out of town (1 1/2 hr away), he was flexible, accommodating and available to answer any q and more specifically with Austin Mikel. Once the decision was made, the purchasing of the car and driving off the lot was < 45 min and much appreciated since I had an engagement and didn't have time to waste. However, Chris Young, the young man who sold us our new Honda Pilot last week, provided us with the BEST experience ever!
