Helpful to out-of-state travelers While traveling from Indiana to Georgia, the sensor cover came partially off of my '14 Civic. My car is a lease and I feared travelling much farther While traveling from Indiana to Georgia, the sensor cover came partially off of my '14 Civic. My car is a lease and I feared travelling much farther without having it fixed. My husband and I were in Lexington, but when we called the dealer there, they were too busy to see us. Choosing a city farther down I 75, Richmond, we called and they told us they'd see us right away! Not only were they welcoming to us strangers, but they fixed the cover, checked our tires, and washed the car gratis....and they were busy with customers too. Such great customer service is a rare and wonderful thing! Thank you Richmond Honda for smoothing the way for us! Just one more reason to be sold on Honda! More
