It was worth leaving lexington I had visited other Honda dealerships before Richmond and was never impressed. Richmond Honda was completely different. Poor quote Dealer quoted over price of vehicles MSRP and what they had it for online. Manager said he had my back but not even close. I have been in many dealerships car shopping and have bought a few cars in my life. I have never been treated with so much respect and generosity before. They really make car shopping fun. The car I bought was a used Mazda, that was not under warranty. I was in a binned and need a car ASAP. A.J. was to the rescue and helped me saucer a loan for such a low coast car and I was able to drive off the lot that day. A few days after my parches the muffler came loose, :( after some quick rigging to make sure it would not fall off... I drove to the dealer and asked if they could fix it. A.J. was once again to my rescue ( expecting a no you bought it as is... the type of comment that I would have gotten at any other dealer) I was super excited when they said they would gladly fix it for me. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, and free of charge!!! This dealer has outstand customer service. The owner should give all his employees a big bonus!!! More

Outstanding Experience at Richmond Honda/Sam Swope I had intentions of purchasing a used, (definitely Not New) Honda Accord ES or possibly a SUV. Ron Smith/Salesman was very accommodating to let test I had intentions of purchasing a used, (definitely Not New) Honda Accord ES or possibly a SUV. Ron Smith/Salesman was very accommodating to let test drive several on the lot....not finding what I was looking for, he suggested I drive a 2014 Accord ES V6 retailing 32,000. (took him a few visits for me to agree). I was very impressed so immediately, he got David Lair/(Upper) Finance Manager involved and working his magic,helping me every step of the way to make the best decision financially. I did not think I would be approved for the payment and the down payment I needed. Mr. Lair assured me it could be possible...he diligently worked with the bank to make that happen..... He gave me exactly what I wanted and more plus the gorgeous 2014 Honda Accord 4 DR EX-LV6 I wanted! I feel like I received a fantastic deal and met new friends! By far the easiest automobile purchase I have ever done...I have purchased many vehicles in my life.....a step above the rest. Marsha C More
