I went to this dealership to look at a used Ford Eddie Bauer Expedition 4wd. Upon arrival everyone was friendly and helpful. I told the sales associate that I wanted to look at a vehicle that I saw onli Bauer Expedition 4wd. Upon arrival everyone was friendly and helpful. The sales associate immediately went to work and brought the vehicle around to the front of the showroom for me to look at. After viewing the vehicle, I was offered a test drive. I decided to buy the vehicle if the numbers were right. The dealership was very flexible and negotiated well to meet my needs. They also worked quickly to get me financed and I drove the vehicle home! Awesome experience and very great to work with! More

I went to the dealership after hours to look at a vehicle for my sister. RC just happened to be leaving but took the time to show me the vehicle and even let me drive it home that night to show it to my sis for my sister. He stayed and not only helped me but another lady that was having car trouble. He was there an hour and a half after closing. After purchasing the van, RJ helped me find a dependable vehicle for myself that's super on gas. They were willing to work with me even though I didn't have a great credit score. They treated me like I was somebody and took their time out to help me and go the extra mile. RJ was great, not pushy and let me look at multiple vehicles until I found the right one. All the guys and gals there are great and I would and have recommended this group to my friends and family. I will be going back to these guys for my next vehicle purchase which may be a while seeing as I bought a Honda! lol!!! :) They definitely will go out of their way and they ready their customers great!! We visited the Richmond Honda dealership on May 17th and worked with David Johnson on our purchase. This was due to their friendliness and the fact that everyone who was involved could answer our questions directly and without hesitation. We felt confident in the dealership as a whole from the salesman, finance manager and service department. David Johnson was very friendly and knew what we were looking for and went out of his way to make sure that we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted and told us we could pick it up on Saturday and everything was delivered as promised. We had already done the research on the vehicle and knew what we wanted. David was able to get this done for us and at the price that we wanted to pay. David and the entire staff was very courteous and made this a very smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish. Most of my experiences with car salesman are in the negative is a kind word to use. Jeff was great with listening to what i wanted in a car and what price i wanted to spend. he didnt try to put in something to fit the "budget" instead of what i wanted in a car. Last car i purchased took me 31 days to negotiate a deal. Jeff didnt have what i wanted on the lot at the time. He found a good car and exactly what i wanted in just 5 days and the day i test drove, i bought the car,signed my papers and was out in my new purchase in less than 4 hours. that is great and effient work in my opinion. Those guys worked as a team to get what i wanted and made me a permenant customer of Sam Swope Honda in Richmond Ky. great group of people! Makes me feel like i owe them lunch or just some appreciation for all of their help. More
