After I recently had a minor accident with our 2008 Honda Civic which involved the front right suspension, wheel, tire, etc. I drove the automobile to my Honda dealership here in Richmond. From the minute I entered the dealership service bay, I was treated with great empathy, kindness and respect from my awesome Service Advisor Autumn to remarkable Service Manager Joe and right through affable RC, the Dealership Manager. What a team! My car was expertly repaired as quickly as possible and is now back to running like a charm! If you should need routine service or any type of accident repair, this skillful and proficient crew certainly knows how to treat a customer and provides an A+++++ level of service! More

My husband and I traded in our 2007 Honda Civic for a 2010 pre-owned Honda Crosstour. Alan was our sales representative and he was GREAT!! I was recently in the service department for regular servce on my hybrid civic. While there my Wife and I decided to look at some new vehicles. After looking for a bit, the salesman Allen Scott came o servce on my hybrid civic. While there my Wife and I decided to look at some new vehicles. After looking for a bit, the salesman Allen Scott came out and answered our questions. Now keep in mind we told him we were just looking, but he still took the time to answer those questions. Later that month we decided we were ready to purchase the odessey and contacted Allen. He worked with us the entire process from test drive to drive home. Richmond honda has been nothing but fantastic from the service department were Autumn had taken care of our maintenance needs to sales when we decided it was time to purchase. The best thing about this dealership is the fact they treat you the same and work just as hard to satisfy after the sale as they do in earning your business. I highly recommend the salesman Allen and the dealership based on how my experience has been in both the service and sales departments. More
