I was recently in the service department for regular servce on my hybrid civic. While there my Wife and I decided to look at some new vehicles. Later that month we decided we were ready to purchase the odessey and contacted Allen. He worked with us the entire process from test drive to drive home. Richmond honda has been nothing but fantastic from the service department were Autumn had taken care of our maintenance needs to sales when we decided it was time to purchase. The best thing about this dealership is the fact they treat you the same and work just as hard to satisfy after the sale as they do in earning your business.
